To guarantee all limited cuts (brisket, tri-tips, etc.), a ½ share must be purchased. Limited cuts are subject to availability for ¼ share and 1/8 share purchases. We will do our best to accommodate limited cut requests for smaller shares.

Individual cuts are available to be sold upon request upon availability.
